2019 Work Out Plan

I have quite a few holidays planned this year, as well as the fact that I have gained 11 lbs since moving to Bristol. So any bit of help that he was willing to give me was MUCH appreciated. 

Here is the work out plan he has given me thus far :

X - Trainer - Level 10 - 5 Minutes

12 - Dbell Chest Press 5 Kg
12 - Single Arm Row 8 Kg
